That is why comparing offers by name or by session count tells you very little. The delivered dose and the level of supervision are the two variables that actually differ, and they are the two least often published.

- Assessment. A registered physician reviews your history and medication before a first infusion is booked.
- Dose in milligrams. The plan states the amount to be delivered per session, not a package tier.

Pharmacy Sourcing and Preparation Standards
Ask where the NAD+ is sourced and how the bag is prepared. Reasonable answers involve a licensed pharmacy supply, preparation in a clean environment on the day of use, a labelled bag showing the contents and the patient name, and a record kept in your file. Vague answers about a proprietary formula are not answers.
Where additional co-factors are added to the bag, ask what they are and why. Additions should be justified clinically rather than used to differentiate a package.
